The Fall River Garden Club, the Fall River Historical Society and the Little Theatre of Fall River have combined their talents again in a major fundraising event called "History Underfoot II," a walking tour in Fall River's historic Oak Grove Cemetery, on June 4, 2006. This unique event featured a heart-healthy guided walking tour through the cemetery's to gravesites of eight notable individuals who contributed to society and to Fall River history. At the sites, actors from Little Theatre portrayed the individuals, giving insights into the personality and accomplishments of each, as well as a glimpse of life many years ago. The first "History Underfoot" event three years ago also helped to raise funds for the three not-for-profit groups.
