Durfee High School Students celebrated the completion of a dozen Community Service-Learning Mini-Grants projects funded by a grant from the Massachusetts Service Alliance. Projects were designated for funding by the Leadership Through Service Youth Council, made up of Durfee High School Student Government's School Improvement Council and the Mayor’s Youth Council. Mini-grants were given to encourage students, student organizations and teachers to carry out service-learning projects to improve the Durfee High School community.
