The
health benefits of rock climbing are many, and portable walls have
opened the sport to millions who do not have access to
natural climbing opportunities.
Community Development Re-creation
has made it possible for children involved in the daily
Park &
Lunch program to try their hand (and feet) at climbing by arranging
for Outside Adventures to set up
their 25 foot climbing wall at parks throughout the City. To see
pictures of the climbing wall at this year's kick-off to summer,

To see an indoor climbing wall at the YMCA,

summer programs, contact CD-REC at 508-679-0922.
