Public art has been created by students in the YEAH! (Youth Experiencing Artistic Hope) project at the Resiliency Preparatory School in several city locations. A project this past fall spruced up the skateboard park located in the lower portion of North Park with a series of murals. Photographs taken by students in a YEAH!-sponsored class were put on display in the lobby of the Citizens-Union Savings Bank in downtown Fall River. The project originated out of the Mission-Vision Committee of the B.O.L.D. (Building Our Lives Drug-free) Coalition and received a grant from the Local Cultural Council Program of the Massachusetts Cultural Council to pays local artists to work with students several hours a day to inspire and teach them a variety of artistic techniques.
