The Board of Commissioners of the  Fall River Housing Authority held interviews for the position of Executive Director in the O'Brien Apartments community room on December 18, 2012. A series of questions were posed to the candidates including ones about their thoughts about the events and resources organized by the Housing Authority to build community and promote health among over 20,000 residents of public housing in Fall River. Candidates included city attorney Donald Berube, Housing Authority’s director of facilities management Peter Proulx, State Representative David Sullivan, and former city councilor and mayoral candidate Cathy Ann Viveiros.
