Fall River Mass In Motion coordinator Julianne Kelly introduced Gloucester Mass In Motion coordinator Steve Winslow at the March 12, 2012 meeting of the Fall River Bicycle Committee. Steve co-founded Bike to the Sea, Inc that is coordinating the development of a bicycle trail north of Boston. He has also served on the MassBike Board and as the Massachusetts Representative to the East Coast Greenway Alliance. "Steve worked as Project Manager for Bike Somerville, in a city similar in size to Fall River, so he had a number of lessons to be learned from his experience," noted Fall River Bicycle Committee chairman Brian Pearson.
