Zumba for Inclusion!, a fundraiser for the Kennedy Park Inclusion Playground, took place in the gym at CD-Recreation on March 9, 2012. Dancers in the hour-long class each donated $350 toward the construction of a fully accessible playground at Kennedy Park, a place where all children can play. Three different Zumba instructors, including a wheelchair dance instructor, led the group. Participants also had a chance to win four free Zumba classes in a raffle drawing. The project is being led by Saint Anne's Neighborhood Association president Pamela Laliberte-Lebeau. Click here for a  video of the event. Click here for the Herald News article.
