Staff from the Family Service Association (FSA) were invited to an employee health fair held in the community room at the First Congregational Church on May 14, 2014. Participants had the opportunity to learn about a variety health resources from a number of local providers including Integrative Reflexology, Floor Time Studios and Partners for a Healthier Community. "We've invited many of our community partners to join us and to share some  information with our employees about good health and good nutrition and just living a healthy lifestyle", said FSA CQI and Employee Wellness Director Susan Potvin, R.N. FSA has operated an employee wellness program for over ten years. The program has been recognized by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health as a model program for employers. FRA has been an active participant in the Southcoast Worksite Health and Wellness Collaborative and will soon become one of the first participants in the national Work@Health program of the Centers for Disease Control.
