State Representative Carole Fiola officials, agency representatives and the public on November 16, 2015 to participate in a follow-up forum to the one held at the Morton Middle School on June 16, 2015 to continue the conversation on the substance abuse crisis in Fall River and the Commonwealth. Joining Representative Fiola were State Senator Michael Rodrigues, Michael Jackman of Congressman William Keating's office, Massachusetts Attorney General's Office Southeastern Division Chief Steve Marshalek, Mayor Samuel Sutter, and City Councilor-elect Rich Cabeceiras. Representatives of Stanley Street Treatment and Resources, the BOLD Coalition, and River to Recovery were among the agency representatives. As of November 11th this year, there have been over 500 drug overdoses in Fall River, resulting in 31 deaths. Representative Fiola began the conversation by explaining Gov.
