Representative Carole Fiola invited Fall River Area substance abuse
provider staff to participate in a forum, "Tackling the Opioid
Epidemic: Provider to Provider", held at the Center
for Innovation and Entreprenurship on October 13, 2016, designed help
providers become more familiar with one another. Panelists included Fall

Treatment and Resources CEO Nancy Paull, Following the first round of
one-on-one discussions among provider staff, Massachusetts Department
of Public health Commissioner Monica Bharel arrived to address the
group about current measures to stem the statewide epidemic. The session
concluded with another round of discussions and some closing remarks.
