Partners Executive Director Dr. David Weed presented on "How to Lose Weight Without Going Hungry" to 25 participants in the Greater Fall River Fitness Challenge. Dr. Weed began the session by showing a 20-minute video on the subject that he produced four years ago, and then continued the discussion by talking about food choices that do not have high amounts of carbohydrates.
