Around the Block Action Plan Participant: Lower Highlands Historic Downtown Neighborhood Association |

The Lower Highlands Historic Downtown Neighborhood Association holds an annual event along Purchase Street to showcase a variety of visual artists, musical performers and dancers from the Fall River Area along the three blocks from Franklin to Cherry Street that are closed off for the event. The event lowers crime by increasing neighborhood cohesion. |
