In order to ensure that Fall River's parks are kept free of dog waste, the Fall River Coalition for Animal Awareness applied for and received to Healthy City micro-grant awards to purchase Mutt Mitt containers that were installed at Kennedy Part and several other locations throughout the City to ensure that dog walkers did not foul the paths that people use for walking and other forms of recreation. |
