Healthy Lives Program
Action Plan Participant:
City of Fall River Health and Human Services

This DPH-funded program works collaboratively with community organizations to inventory existing nutrition and fitness resources and to develop a media marketing campaign to promote health. The Healthy Lives Advisory Board meets monthly to set goals, identify resources, collaborate with existing programs or initiate new ones, and assess progress. The Advisory Board is open to representatives of any  organization in the City that is interested in furthering the Healthy Lives goals.

Goal:

1 ) Work with local organizations to change health        practices
2 ) Develop nutrition education and physical fitness activities
3) Increase improved nutrition and fitness options
