Hemingway Institute |
||
The Ernest Hemingway English Institute opened its doors to students in October, 2005, to teach English as a Second Language and to prepare students to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Located on the second floor at 45 North Main Street, the Institute is headed by Eva dos Santos who began her business after working with non-English-speaking clients at Catholic Social Services. She sees English proficiency as the key to success for many foreigners and local immigrants who cannot advance in their work without improving their language skills. |
