Neighborhood Dinner-Dance Celebrating the Hispanic culture
Action Plan Participant:  Iglesia De Dios and Maplewood Neighborhood Association

The Hispanic community has lacked an organizational mechanism to bring members of this diverse community together for dialogue and celebration, resulting in lack of community cohesion. A committee organized initially through two Hispanic churches has planned a city-wide cultural event designed to strengthen the voice of this growing Fall River community. They will plan and hold the City’s first cultural event in conjunction with the Niagara-Maplewood Neighborhood Association.
