This program offers a four-session intergenerational nutrition program led by an instructor from the UMass Nutrition Education program to bring children, elders and disabled adults together to learn ideas for healthy meals and snacks. Participants receive a recipe book with nutritional information created as an activity during the sessions offered by the Family Service Association. |
