Retail Paraphernalia Training Action Plan Participant: Fall River Police Department and B.O.L.D. |

A series of presentations will be held at the Fall River Police Department to familiarize retail tobacco outlets in the City of the potential violation of laws covering sales of drug paraphernalia. The sessions will be planned and attended by representatives of BOLD and the City Tobacco Control Coordinator. All aspects of potential law violation will be covered and questions will be answered to ensure proper compliance with the law. Written material describing the law will be distributed in advance of the sessions. |
