Youth Personal Training
Action Plan Participant:

In addition to its numerous recreational and fitness opportunities, the Community Development Recreation program at  72 Bank Street is providing equipment to expand the existing adult Personal Training component to a youth population. The program provides individual assessment and training to foster healthy living and lifestyle choices.

Goal:

To increase the availability of fitness and personal training to Fall River youth and adults

Continue providing a full schedule of fitness and personal training opportunities

Statistics showing participation in programs and activities

Progress: Project completed in June 2008

How citizens can  get involved:

Citizens may volunteer at special events such as the annual Spring Sprint
