The Fourth Annual Fall River Festival of the Arts, held in the city center, featured a number of healthy activities, including some hip-hop dancing by local youth and a limbo line for parents and kids. Held this year in honor of Joe Raposo, one of the creators of Sesame Street, the event featured local artists in a variety of venues.  To see the Herald News article, click here.
