Spring got off to a lively start on April 24th at the Community Development Recreation Program with a heart-healthy 5K walk. CD-REC Director Grace Gerling (pictured center left) lead the group down to Heritage Park, along the city's new boardwalk along the Taunton River and back up to CD-REC headquarters at the Bank Street armory. This annual event encourages youth and adults to be active and to get plenty of exercise, especially with the arrival of Spring weather!
