The Mayor's Office sponsored four Neighborhood Festivals in July and August, 2003, to bring people of Fall River together for healthy fun, food and a chance to get to know one another better. These festivals also provided an excellent opportunity for people to respond to the Healthy Fall River Initiative visioning session questionnaires by giving their ideas of what would make the City a healthier place to live and work.
